MOD. 40/50/60/80/100/120
The metal bucket elevator is used for the vertical transport of solid, granular and / or flour products. The new construction type and the wide range of buckets applicable to the elevator allow it to be used in various product sectors, with high production capacities and minimum dimensions.
In the central part it is made up of hermetically sealed self-supporting metal rods, joined together by means of angular profile joints, hot galvanized or painted.
The loading of the product takes place in the lower part called the foot of the elevator, built in bent sheet metal with relative plates and reinforcement profiles. The unloading takes place in the upper part called the head made of thick bent sheet metal with relative reinforcements. The product is transported by means of an internal anti-oil antistatic rubber belt to which the closed bottom cups suitable for the required flow rate are fixed by means of special bolts with self-locking nut. The drive pulley is mounted in the head of the elevator, generally in cast iron, with an internal shaft in carbon steel, all supported by external supports detached with sturdy ball bearings. The return pulley is mounted in the elevator foot, built with strips in Fe37, with its shaft in carbon steel, flanged supports with ball bearings. The machine is built with a dustproof seal. The belt is pulled on the foot by means of a manual system with bevel gears. The control unit is installed in the head, i.e. the gearmotor with support plates and reinforcement profiles, and the non-return device (backstop). In order to prevent the belt from slipping inside the barrels, in the vicinity of the foot and the head, special removable bearing rollers are mounted, on which it is possible to install an electronic signaling device.
